This is where the first voices will live.
Talking in detail about what we go through in perimenopause and menopause is very hard: at the doctor's we talk about symptoms and concrete things, with our partners it's complicated, our children aren't interested, and among our friends, not all of them are going through it, or they're going through it differently. Here you can share it, first to let it out and then to help other women. Reading each other, we realize we are not alone, we learn and we keep each other company.
Our voices can be signed with a pseudonym and there will be no comments section. Nobody can judge you for how you lived this stage.
All stories are also published as audio, out of consideration for all of us women who, at this stage, have neither the time, nor the headspace, nor the focus to read so much. If you'd like the audio to be in your own voice, message us on Instagram.
Who can write here? Any Spanish-speaking woman anywhere in the world who wants to tell her story. Don't hold back: you can write a chronicle, an essay, a poem.
